How fast do the electric bikes go?
Our electric bikes can reach up to 20mph with just the throttle. If you are pedaling, going down hill or have other road conditions that affect the weight of the bike, it can reach faster speeds, just like a regular bicycle.
How far can the electric bike go?
Each bike is fully charged upon rental offering you 40-60 miles of range on a single charge
What is provided on the rental?
All packages come with a e-bike certified helmet, phone mount and bike lock. Check out packages for more information about upgrades.
What do I do if I have a question about the bike when I am out riding?

How old do I have to be to ride?
All riders must be 16 years old with a guardian above the age of 21 years riding or signing the waiver.
Do I need a driver’s license?
Yes, a valid drivers license is required
Can I have a passenger on the back of the bike?
Yes, as long as they are 14 years or older, have a waiver signed by their guardian on file and wear proper safety equipment. Each bike has a weight limit that needs to be monitored.
Can I carry cargo or other items?
You can utilize the front basket or back rack system to carry small items, up to the max weight limit of the bike. The bikes are not meant to tow or carry large items, over 20 lbs.
Can I hook up a kid or pet trailer to the bike?
No, for liability purposes we do not provide any accessories on rentals and ask that you not utilize one of your own. We are happy to accommodate that need if you purchase a bike from us and want a custom setup for your lifestyle.
How tall do you have to be to ride?
All riders must be between 4’ 11” – 6’ 2”
How much weight can the bike carry?
All bikes have a 300lb weight capacity
What if I am late?
All reservations require that you arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled ride. Riders are required to complete a safety training before beginning the ride. Our reservation system has a no refund/no reschedule policy for late arrivals. Please reach out to us if you are running late to see if we have any options available that day to accommodate your change of plans.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice to receive a full refund. If you cancel after the 24-hour window has closed, the purchase is nonrefundable, but we do offer the option to reschedule up until an hour before your scheduled time slot.
How should I prepare for my ride?
Come ready to have fun! Please wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes, have your phone charged and bring a bottle of water. Some extra items we suggest to make your ride more enjoyable, wear sunscreen, bring a fanny pack or small bag that can be stored safely in the basket or worn on your person easily while riding and check out our ALL STAR GUIDE to Arlington.
